DESIGN & BUILD Expertise
Operating as a principal project delivery contractor, we expertly handle all aspects of controlled environment design and build projects. We meticulously control everything, including civil work, steelwork, cladding, electrical, plumbing, loading bays, and dock levelers.
Wide Range of Project Capabilities
We are capable of delivering projects encompassing Cold Rooms, Refrigeration Systems, Refrigerated Trucks, Refrigerated Showcases, Vacuum Refrigeration, Micro Cold Storage, and Solar Dryer Domes.
Bespoke Servicing & Maintenance Contracts
As your equipment reaches the end of its guarantee period, we encourage clients to take out a bespoke maintenance contract with us, ensuring continued responsibility for our products. This includes a number of in-depth inspection visits per year.
Proactive Plant Testing
During our maintenance contract visits, we carry out a host of in-depth tests on your plant to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues before they become critical.
Rapid Response Maintenance Team
We understand the time-critical factors involved in controlled cold environment storage equipment issues and the large value of stored items at risk. With a strong pool of readily available technicians and specialists, our maintenance team can be on-site quickly.
Comprehensive Maintenance Coverage
Should minor repairs be necessary to maintain operational efficiency during an inspection, all labor and mileage will be covered by the maintenance contract. Additionally, any other call-outs required during the contract period will also have labor and mileage covered.
